Position: Senior Sales Manager
Location: Remote
Experience: Minimum 10+ years in IT Software / IT Services Industry
Roles & Responsibilities
Execute sales lead generation activities effectively
Experience in lead generation for APAC/EMEA regions is a strong plus
Take ownership of lead generation, closure, paperwork, and collections processes
Preference for experience in the Banking and eCommerce domains, with a proven track record of working with clients outside India
Experience in market research and prospecting, outbound campaign execution, continuous market analysis, and sales cycle management
Identify and foster strategic relationships with potential clients
Develop comprehensive business strategies, proactively cultivate pipeline, and accurately forecast sales
Collaborate closely with presales and delivery teams to propose suitable solutions, conduct demos, and prepare/close proposals
Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly reports
Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales roles, with strong regional understanding
Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with clients
Proficiency in various engagement models and MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Adhere strictly to internal compliance and quality processes
