Position: Senior Sales Manager
Location: Remote
Experience: Minimum 10+ years in IT Software / IT Services Industry

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Execute sales lead generation activities effectively

  • Experience in lead generation for APAC/EMEA regions is a strong plus

  • Take ownership of lead generation, closure, paperwork, and collections processes

  • Preference for experience in the Banking and eCommerce domains, with a proven track record of working with clients outside India

  • Experience in market research and prospecting, outbound campaign execution, continuous market analysis, and sales cycle management

  • Identify and foster strategic relationships with potential clients

  • Develop comprehensive business strategies, proactively cultivate pipeline, and accurately forecast sales

  • Collaborate closely with presales and delivery teams to propose suitable solutions, conduct demos, and prepare/close proposals

  • Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly reports

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales roles, with strong regional understanding

  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with clients

  • Proficiency in various engagement models and MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Adhere strictly to internal compliance and quality processes
