Position: Senior Sales Manager
Location: Remote
Experience: Minimum 10+ years in IT Software/IT Services Industry
Roles & Responsibilities
- Execute sales lead generation activities effectively.
- Experience working in lead generation in APAC/EMEA regions is a big plus.
- Take ownership of lead generation, closure, paperwork, and collections processes.
- Preference for experience in the Banking and eCOM domains, with a proven track record of working with clients outside India.
- Experience in Market Research and Prospecting, Outbound Campaign Execution, Continuous Market Analysis and
Sales Cycle Management.
- Identify and foster strategic relationships with potential clients.
- Develop comprehensive business strategies, proactively cultivate pipeline, and accurately forecast sales.
- Collaborate closely with presales/delivery teams to ensure the proposal of appropriate solutions, conducting demonstrations, and facilitating proposal preparation and closure.
- Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly reports.
- Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in sales roles, with a strong understanding of the region.
- Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish rapport with clients swiftly.
- Proficiency in various engagement models and experience with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Adhere to internal compliance and quality processes rigorously.
